ASUS has recently announced that they will release a version of Android 4.2 update for ASUS Transformer Pad TF300T in the Americas region. This is an update over-the-air, and the user can see it in the settings or announcement as it has been launched. ASUS says that in addition to providing the features Android 4.2, this update will also bring a number of performance improvements that have been added along with updates to ASUS Operating System (OS).
The good news, if they do not live in the U.S., this update will be out in the second quarter of next March, but the current release schedule is unclear.
